I will leave you to do some research about a Cavoodle’s general temperament, but since you are here…… Cavoodles are renown for their intelligence, loving and gentle nature. They are wonderful with children, the elderly and when appropriately trained are suitable as therapy and support dogs. They also rarely shed so can be suitable for those suffering with allergies.

We aim to breed predominantly fleece coat, hypoallergenic, minimal shedding Cavoodles.

Puppies may be second generation (F2) or third generation (F3) as we work our way towards Multi-Gen. 

Our Cavoodle puppies will likely range in size from 4 kg to 10kg.

Sizes and weights of puppies can vary however our full sized Toy Cavoodles are usually around 4-7kg and are approx 30cm at shoulder – think a Jack Russell height with slightly longer legs!

A Mini Cavoodle is approx 7-10kg and is a more robust version of the typical Toy. 

 We pride ourselves on our Dark Red Puppies. When we cross with Bowie the chocolate Merle Cavoodle, we get Chocolate Merle, Chocolate, Caramel and light Caramel Pups, so lots of choices of colour. 

Our puppy parents have been carefully selected for their coats and their DNA genetic traits to get the colours and coats we prefer.

Absolutely! I am a teacher and more importantly a learner! I am deeply interested in the growing brains of both people and animals. We follow the Bad Ass Breeder Program from day 3 where we start Early Neurological Stimulation. The program guides us through the weeks of development and encourages the exposure to mild stressors to support the puppies brain development, teaching them to cope with stress and change. But we dont stop there – as a part of our agreement with you we offer access to training modules for you. We want you to be well prepared and to feel confident that you know what to expect when you bring puppy home. 

We were originally located on a farm at Warramboo on the Eyre Peninsula. We recently moved to the Southern Suburbs of Adelaide so we are excited to be able to connect locally with our past Cavoodle families.  As we are EP residents at heart, i do look for opportunities to deliver to the Eyre Peninsula where possible. 

Our puppies grow up in a predominantly indoor family environment. Puppies are learning to toilet on both the lawn and on fake grass to ensure they are ready for all living arrangements making them perfect for both apartment family home living. 

Puppies leave for their forever homes any time after 8 weeks of age. At this stage they have only had one of their first 3 vaccinations, so it is recommended that they do not attend dog parks and remain at home as much as possible until they have had their second vaccination at 12 weeks. Also worming is recommended fortnightly until 12 weeks. We follow a parasite protocol from 2 weeks to 8 weeks. Puppies are not treated for fleas and ticks (unless fleas are present). There aren’t ticks in our environment.

Short answer – no. We expect that our puppies are going to be desexed and will be pets only. When purchasing you will agree to a declaration stating this. Desexing is encouraged at 6 months or as advised by your vet.

Cavoodles require premium food. Failing to do this or spoiling with too much human food can lead to stomach issues or problems with anal glands. Our dogs eat Prime 100 roll, premium Pro Plan or Royal Canin dry food with the occasional Meaty dog bone and Jalna Yoghurt.

Yes – we test every one of our dogs for heritable diseases
